As we continue our Digital Marketing transformation journey, we are on the hunt for a dynamic marketing savvy, data-driven intern to support the team over the coming year. Do you have a desire to innovate, a sense of curiosity to discover and learn combined with a proactive approach to challenges big and small?

You will need to enjoy working with and analyzing data, presenting and communicating your data findings, providing insights and recommendations on future opportunities to the team.

Collaboration and communication skills are critical in the role, as the team’s success is hinged on its ability to use data to influence the business units and region leads to develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy of our digital transformation offering.

This is a placement year opportunity which will take place for 13 months, from 4th July 2022 until 28th July 2023. The role is based out of Reading, UK.  The candidate should be open to travel occasionally.

Requirements

  • To be eligible for our Internship Programme you must currently be an undergraduate student at a University in the United Kingdom.
  • You must be enrolled into a degree which allows you to work for a year in industry as a placement year.
  • Preferred degrees, but not essential, include Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer science, Statistics related courses.

About you

  • Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources to understand trends/opportunities/gaps
  • Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze data and performance results related to digital business performance, consumers, competitors
  • Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with presenting
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, to operate with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Experience on Tableau, QlikView, Power BI or similar is an advantage
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Customer obsessed

  • Desire to work in a marketing data environment, and using data to drive marketing
