The role of Programmes Communications Specialist you will apply communications thinking and planning, expert writing and editing skills, project management expertise and knowledge of audiences and vehicles to advance company’s brand image, build awareness or generate demand for company products and services. Plan, message, drive and measure communications strategies and programs to end-user customers, channel partners, alliance partners and resellers. Focus may be national, regional, sub-regional or local in scope. Ensure programs align with company’s brand identity and messaging framework.

Responsibilities

Communications – internal & external

  • Manage 2 x internal weekly newsletters (Channel Comms weekly update & the Programs update)
  • Manage 1 x external newsletter (EMEA Partner Chronicle) which goes out monthly and report on the open rate and consumption
  • Create a marketing presence on the Sales Portal (including regional pages).  Keep the general information up-to-date and work with the Field & Channel teams to ensure their regional pages are kept up-to-date

EMEA brand management and support

  • Work closely with the Global team to ensure we have relevant images for EMEA use
  • Support our Field Marketing team in the production of banners (either creating internally or project managing with external agencies)
  • Provide Airheads brand management support for EMEA, ensuring we have the right assets available

Organic social media & community management

  • Monitor key people we follow on social media and work with our content specialist to produce engagement posts
  • Own and maintain the organic social media calendar and work to produce forward-looking view for distribution to the Field & Channel marketing teams
  • Field any social media enquiries, checking internally to find the right answer ahead of replying

Webinars

  • Manage all communications around the Go Orange for Partners webinars (weekly pre- and post-event communication)
  • Work with the EMEA Programs team and the Sales Enablement team to ensure we have the right content on the BrightTalk webinar platform.  Schedule and promote the webinars
  • Support our SD-WAN Marketing Programs Manager in the production of the quarterly online Peak Performance workshops (at both a country and regional level)

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Writing and editing skills – ideally independently.
  • Prioritisation, project management and time management skills
  • Zoom, Canva, basic graphic designer skills (but not mandatory), Adobe suite, internal tools (training provided)
