Over the course of 13 months, you’ll
- Become a key member of the team with your own goals to achieve and your own responsibilities to meet
- Work alongside experienced professionals who are keen to share knowledge and help you develop
- Discover what life with one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations is like
- Learn how research is used to help our corporate and institutional customers, and how the advice and services we provide gives them the confidence to make their most important investment decisions
- Gain a better understanding of how we build client relationships using research to back up everything we do
- Develop your practical knowledge of markets and investing, as well as how to present data, and communicate effectively with clients
- Prove yourself and earn consideration for a graduate role within our Markets and Securities Services business

During your time on the programme, you’ll
