Over the course of 13 months, you’ll

  • Learn how research is used to help our corporate and institutional customers, and how the advice and services we provide gives them the confidence to make their most important investment decisions
  • Gain a better understanding of how we build client relationships using research to back up everything we do
  • Develop your practical knowledge of markets and investing, as well as how to present data, and communicate effectively with clients
  • Prove yourself and earn consideration for a graduate role within our Markets and Securities Services business

During your time on the programme, you’ll
