The Role

As a Junior Content Producer you’ll be responsible for creating best in class content for the global Myprotein social accounts in collaboration with the creative and social teams. This role is perfect for a passionate and talented graphic design graduate or equally someone self-taught with a strong portfolio. You’ll need a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and build your skills as part of the role, using a variety of tools to design and build social first assets.

You’ll work closely with the paid and organic social teams to produce content across multiple formats (static, GIFs, videos etc) in line with the overarching social and content strategy, with consideration towards trending/reactive content opportunities as well as partnerships and events.

While based predominantly at head office, you will also work closely with our inhouse creative and video production teams to capture content via event partnerships as well as through campaign content delivery and influencer collaborations.

You’ll be exposed to and trained on our creative tooling systems to scale both static and video based assets (Smartly and Olapic) for use across paid and organic social; and will already know your way around Adobe tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the social media manager and wider social teams to build and manage the company’s (global account) social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Generate shareable content appropriate for specific networks to drive both engagement and traffic
  • Working with the Paid Media teams on delivering high quality content in line with ongoing projects
  • Utilise creative tooling programmes such as Smartly and Olapic to create scalable social-first assets (training to be provided) Deliver content on time and to brief (ensuring assets are also on brand and meet platforms spec), working closely with the social media manager and other relevant teams
  • Ensure all assets created are considerate of the global community, liaising with locales where required
  • Basic editing skills using Adobe Suite
  • Work with the wider brand communications team to deliver social-first content for high level hero campaigns as well as lower level content campaigns and ideas, this could involve anything from an IG Filter to a Pinterest post
  • Feed into social execution for campaigns creatively delivering well thought through concepts that deliver against campaign objectives
  • Listen and engage in and share relevant social media discussions about the brand, its competitors and what they’re going creatively across social

  • Proven experience delivering content against strategic objectives and KPIs

  • Ability to articulately deliver creative ideas and concepts to team members
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience using Adobe Suite packages (Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut etc)
