Operations are at the heart of customer experience here at THG, shipping to consumers in over 200 countries worldwide from our purpose-built, innovative Distribution Centres that are open 24 /7 364 days a year.

Due to rapid growth, THG is looking to recruit a Junior Talent Partner to support the teams working in Fulfilment Operations and Manufacturing.

This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be responsible for

  • The full recruitment cycle from defining the role, drafting adverts to sourcing candidates, reviewing and selecting candidates, screening candidates and managing the offer process
  • Partnering with key stakeholders and providing specialist advice and market insight
  • Being an advocate for THG and for the Operations and Manufacturing divisions and explain the benefits of working in these teams plus scope for career progression for candidates
  • Ensuring an amazing candidate experience as they move through their application process with THG
  • Supporting the new hire journey through their induction and in first 12 months at THG
  • Being creative and innovative in your role
  • Thinking critically - be able to constantly evaluate and reflect on our approach, how we do things and where the opportunities are for improvement

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to be capable of working at our site in Warrington Cheshire and also Altrincham, Cheshire and you should have

  • Experience recruiting for a range of positions within operations and / manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across the Group
  • Ability to manage a recruitment process from initial contact through to offer management
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to support with recruitment for night shifts - which will mean working later shifts as and when required
  • Good communication/interpersonal/organisational skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude plus the ability to build rapport with staff at all levels of the operation
  • Ability to remain focused with good attention to detail
  • Ability to drive positive change
  • Good IT skills and capable of delivering reports using excel
  • Degree qualification
