About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to work at a leading global cosmetics company in the South West of England. We are looking to recruit a talented graduate to join the Operations team, further establishing its reputation for quality while contributing to the efficient and smooth running of the Operations function.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Operations Management team to ensure the smooth running of the operations function
  • Work across all aspects of the operational delivery workspace to drive performance and build colleague engagement
  • Continuously seek operational improvements through data and business analysis activities
  • Formulate, communicate and implement strategies to achieve these improvements
  • Take on ad hoc operational projects with an agile approach and mindset

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant subject is essential
  • Previous experience in an operational environment (is advantageous)
  • Must be PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Great organisational and planning skills
  • Confident written and spoken communication
  • A pro-active approach
