Located at the European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine, Ayrshire, our 12-to-15-month placement will report to a key member of the Dealer Support team. This role is available for Hybrid Working.

Key accountabilities

The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities: 

  • Support dealers in co-ordinations of orders from quotations through to shipment.
  • Providing sales order support for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) sales team.
  • Issue Credit notes, maintenance of shipment files and updating manufacturing delays.
  • Planning and shipment support of imported products from U.S.
  • Identification, management, and delivery of process improvement project.

Knowledge required

  • Candidates should be working towards a degree in Commercial or Business Studies related courses.
  • Candidates must have good customer focused skills, to enable them to correspond effectively with Dealers.
  • Candidates should be competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates should be able to work enthusiastically and efficiently within a team.
