As a Corporate Systems & Infrastructure Associate, you will work alongside like-minded professionals to support the long-term management and improvement of our global IT estate. You will play a key role in delivering lasting improvements to Company operations through expert knowledge of its people, processes and systems. Attitude, skills and experience

  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture', and how your work fits into the delivery of internal and client facing services.
  • Understanding the role of IT Service Operations and Continual Service Improvement within a professional services environment.
  • Strong judgement skills, particularly in the escalation of technical issues that may have a wider business impact.
  • Ability to maintain accurate IT asset configuration management records (e.g. using tools like Spiceworks).
  • Ability to proactively identify, own, organise and deliver self-contained Work Packages with support from senior colleagues.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues that may impact the provision of a service and communicate these issues to senior colleagues.
  • Appreciation of contemporary infrastructure services, built on virtualisation and cloud-based platforms (e.g. VMware, Amazon Web Services etc.).
  • Exposure to technologies such as VoIP, ISDN, WAN/LAN, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy authoring, Microsoft Exchange and Windows Deployment Server.
  • Demonstrable work planning skills.
  • Ability to reliably resolve Service Desk Tickets within an ITIL compliant process.
  • Confidence and maturity to engage in supplier management activities, ensuring our business receives value for money and excellent service.
  • Ability to diligently follow internal ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO27001 processes and procedures, to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Polished document preparation skills suitable for a wide variety of audiences.
  • A 2:1 or higher in an Information Technology /Systems related degree is preferred.
