We are building a brand new team in the UK to focus solely on class-leading low power GPU architectures and designs to enable the next generation of portable computing. This requires proven skills in a range of engineering disciplines from architecture, hardware design, software driver design all with low power as the key focus.
What you'll do
In this position you will help us with the following responsibilities:
- Analyse key workloads across a range of APIs and product segments
- Conduct studies on architectural concepts
- Develop models of future GPU hardware
- Develop and enhance the driver stack to utilise new features
- Ensure designs efficiently support the latest generation of graphics and compute APIs, including DirectX and Vulkan

Qualifications
Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Your experience should include some of:
- C++ design and development
- DirectX, Vulkan, OpenCL or other graphics or compute APIs
- Compiler architecture and/or code generation development
Preferred skills and experience that will get you noticed:
- GPU architecture knowledge
- Performance analysis and optimisation
