We’re currently on the look-out for Graduates from Marketing and other Relevant Courses to join our expanding Marketing department within our CRM team.
In CRM you’d be responsible for the retention of our game players by monitoring daily data and delivering a marketing strategy that encourages appropriate retention. Creating engaging marketing content for SMS, Push Notification, Email Marketing etc. to accompany the strategy that engages players and optimises the marketing promotional calendar. You will also be involved with branding and website design briefs for upcoming projects!
Key skills and requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing or similar field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a Marketing role (either in-house or agency side).
- Knowledge of using and optimising CRM techniques (inc segmentation, campaign planning, implementation, evaluation etc).
- Strong analytical skills (campaign tracking, performance monitoring, reporting, analysis etc).
Location: Halesowen (in office, with remote work flexibility available)
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 (DoE) + comprehensive benefits
