Job description

Make a difference every day!

Invesco is driven by a pure focus on investment. It’s all we do. We focus on doing work that matters and being a firm that gives a voice to every employee. In fact, we make a promise to our clients and each other to create greater possibilities together. We’re looking for people who have new perspectives. Who can come together to share ideas, listen and challenge each other to achieve better solutions for our clients.

Your team

Our Marketing team seeks to connect client needs with our capabilities by crafting effective, accountable, multi-channel communications which educate, encourage and support our clients. Content Marketing enables this by producing editorials, product marketing, agency-designed creative, and new business requests, while delivering them within the customer journey.

The EMEA Request for Proposal (RFP) team delivers the best of Invesco’s global investment and servicing proposition to institutional and retail clients by supporting distribution and marketing content servicing needs.

Your role

We’re searching for a highly motivated and intellectually curious recent graduate or school leaver to join our RFP team. This is a phenomenal opportunity to acquire a broad view of our business, and our Marketing function, by playing a key role in the completion of new business and client servicing questionnaires within EMEA and the global organisation. You’ll get involved in the preparation of investment information data (such as assets under management (AUMs)) and performance data under the mentorship of the RFP product specialist. You’ll also support client and internal information requests, including the review of investment consultant database information, as well as supporting other sales and marketing activities.

Sound exciting? You’ll need outstanding verbal and written communication skills, an interest in the investment management industry, an appetite for learning and a passion for interacting with others to produce consistently high-quality work that provides the information our clients and prospective clients are seeking. We’re looking for people who thrive on taking ownership and responsibility for their work, with the ability to operate both independently and as part of our dynamic team.

How to Apply

Whilst a CV is important, we’d like to get to know you as more than just a name on a piece of paper. In addition to your CV, we’d like you to address a few questions that are important to us in a Word or PDF document:

  1. What interests you about a career in investment management?
  2. What has your work experience and/or education taught you so far about yourself?
  3. What is your ultimate career goal?
  4. What is your ultimate goal in life?
  5. The world will look different coming out of the COVID-19 health crisis. Pick something (anything) that you think has changed as a result of COVID-19 and explain how the change will impact society.

This is a great opportunity for you to shine and to help us better understand your motivations!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider your application without this submission.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 30th January 2022
