We are recruiting a M&A /Corporate Development Analyst Intern based in London to be a member of the team that executes IQVIA’s M&A strategy across EMEA, ASIAPAC and Japan.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain insights into working in a corporate M&A environment within a rapidly growing business.  As the M&A / Corporate Development Analyst Intern, you will gain exposure and hands-on experience supporting in the execution of large numbers of M&A deals.

What you'll do

Within this role you will

  • Develop key M&A skills including modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal pipeline management, negotiation, and senior leadership presentation;
  • Assist in managing internal cadence, e.g., deal pipeline tracker;
  • Perform analyses and research support for a range of strategic and M&A initiatives;
  • Attend meetings with senior leadership to discuss M&A projects;
  • Work with a team of 5 highly experienced M&A professionals.

Skills Required

  • Independent thinker with strong self-motivation;  
  • High attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong inter-personal skills;
  • Strong analytical skills; financial and modelling skills a plus;
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • The internship will be for a 6-month period;
