About the role
Castle Veterinary Practice is a 1st Opinion practice based in Castlewellan who are looking to support a New Graduate Mixed Animal Vet. They have 11 Vets and 5 Nurses.
Normal hours will be 40 hours per week Monday – Friday between 9am - 7pm with different rotas for covering evening surgeries but covering to next morning if on night duty with a caseload of 50% SA, 25% Farm and 25% Equine. There will also be a weekend, OOH’s and on call rota.
Castle Veterinary is a friendly and supportive practice with a wonderful team and great facilities and equipment such as in house labs, digital X-Ray, ultrasound, ECG, orthopaedic equipment and more as well as having fantastic wellbeing initiatives and communication both inside and outside the practice. The New Graduate will be supported by having regular mentoring and one to one discussions and having support from the wonderful team.
