About the role

Atherton Veterinary Centre is a 1st Opinion practice based in Manchester who are looking to support a New Graduate Small Animal Vet.  They have 6 Vets and 9 Nurses.

Normal hours will be 44 hours per week between 8:30am and 6:30pm.  1:5 Saturday mornings to 12:30pm, 3 evenings per week to 6:30pm, one 4pm finish and one 1:30pm finish. No on call.

Atherton Veterinary Centre is a friendly and supportive practice with a wonderful team and great facilities and equipment such as 4 consulting rooms, 2 theatres, ultrasound, digital x-ray and separate kennels for dogs, cats and isolation as well as having fantastic wellbeing initiatives and communication both inside and outside the practice. The New Graduate will be supported by a 1:5 rota which means no sole charge at all, senior Vets who have over 80 years of experience between them and a strong emphasis on case continuity.
