The role

Our CEO wants to build a pipeline of future leadership talent to continue our growth and diversification. We want to recruit people with outstanding commercial track records and with the drive and talent to reach the very top. Successful individuals will rotate around a number of different departments to broaden their understanding of our business and commercial acumen. Your future growth will be dependent on delivery of outstanding results.

You will have the opportunity to have a flexibile working location across Europe. 

Key responsibilities

The talent programme builds on a very successful previous intakes that have collectively delivered an enormous impact on the business and have been rewarded with material pay and career progression.  The scale of the opportunity cannot be underestimated and as such we are seeking exceptional people for these roles.

  • You are a problem-solver: you decompose issues and take written positions on their solution.

Drive the plan / manage projects

  • You need to take responsibility for devising and executing a winning plan.
  • In that plan you crisply define the target, the "what" (as opposed to the how) and manage the delivery of the "what."
  • You make sure real progress is made every single month and have a pipeline of actions planned at least three months in advance.
  • You are disciplined and report weekly, and on time, about the performance, issues, and opportunities of your area of responsibility.

Be precise

  • You communicate extremely clearly in writing and verbally. You err on the side of clarity vs. explaining the obvious.
  • You create collateral, training, FAQs, presentations, white papers that are simple, complete, precise, and accessible to anyone that needs them.

Behave like a leader

  • You are not just part of the team; you lead the team. You are the hub and everyone else takes your direction.
  • You don’t allow others to take you off course.

About you

  • Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.
  • Ideally trained in a post-graduate corporate programme.
  • Outstanding track record of success, you will have outperformed your peer group in not just academia but in extracurricular activities as well e.g. entrepreneurship, sports, music etc.
  • Experience in a highly commercial role, working in a complex, multi-channel and international environment.
  • Ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • A strong, confident decision maker with a proactive approach.
  • Prioritises well and can manage in a high-pressure environment whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Experience of working within a commercial environment at Management level.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passionate attitude.
  • A strong desire to succeed.
  • An innovative thinker with a proven ability to problem solve.
  • A desire and passion to beat the competition.
  • Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic and be a trouble-shooter when the business need deems it appropriate to do so.
