As a US owned organisation Jacobs is required to comply with certain US legislation, including atomic energy export control regulations. For some roles, this means that export control authorisations may be required to enable sensitive disclosures to those holding certain third country nationalities. In addition, all employees with access to government assets are required to hold Baseline Vetting and Security Clearance (BPSS) as a minimum and, should the role require it, enhanced security clearance beyond BPSS. Any offer of employment will be subject to the relevant security and export control requirements for the role being met.
