At JDR we believe the best way for graduates to learn new skills, enabling them to accelerate their careers with us, with the support from an Imeche Chartered mentor, is through a range of taster sessions in supporting departments as well as increased time in technical rotations within Design Engineering, Product Development and Analysis.

We are looking for driven, open minded and dynamic graduate candidates to join our development training programmes who also have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills to deal with a large range of stakeholders across the business at all levels as you embark on a career within the energy industry.

Job requirements

As the ideal candidate you will have an engineering degree either within a mechanical, electrical or hydraulics discipline or have obtained a Maths or Physics degree. Flexible in your approach, with an appetite for new challenges, you will work your way through several departments across JDR acquiring knowledge and skills driving you towards future assignments and career opportunities within Design Engineering, Product Development or Analysis.
