Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a customer support team in supporting Johnson controls customers worldwide with trialing new products.
  • Creating a wide range of customer facing presentations
  • Garnishing customer feedback and tracking live trials
  • Marketing of new products
  • Managing social media campaigns
  • Documenting support procedures and loading onto our customer Technical Support Portal

Qualifications

Applicants must be at undergraduate level, currently studying IT, software engineering, Business or related degree

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and track projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience in working with customers
