During the three days, you'll find out what it's like to work in our business and hear first-hand about the responsibilities and workdays of everyone from Analysts to Managing Directors. You'll discover just how deep our commitment is to our communities and employees, and how we're constantly innovating to meet their needs. We'll also help you improve your skills during an interactive workshop, and give you time to network with each other and our business leaders.

Day one focuses on getting to know J.P. Morgan through deep dives into our teams and their work, panel sessions exploring the daily work of analysts and associates and interactive Q&A.

Days two and three shine a spotlight on the different areas within Wholesale (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Markets, Wholesale Payments and Global Corporate Banking) to help you choose the path that is best for you.

On days two and three, you’ll take part in interactive group challenges designed to replicate the work you will do within our Wholesale Teams.

What we’re looking for

This event is open to students in their first year of undergraduate study or second year of a four-year undergraduate course. We welcome applicants from all degree backgrounds - finance or business isn't essential, but enthusiasm for the financial services industry is critical. You will also need Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and self-motivation.
