Role Description

Worldpanel’s LinkQ service gives clients the true WHY behind the WHAT of consumer behaviour.  Using our world-class shopper & consumer panels combined with bespoke surveys to fuse attitudes & behaviours, we produce new & critical insights for our clients and deliver incremental growth for the business. This behavioural panel is already the largest in Europe giving our clients unique benefits with faster data, a complete picture of consumers shopping & the ability to understand decisions & motivations moments after purchase.

We have a role for an energetic and skilled person to create & manage surveys across a wide range of our contracted clients. The service is in its full second useful with a need to think creatively about developing the service to meet ever-changing client needs.

You will work within an expanding team of survey experts (LinkQ team) as well as working closely with some of our best analytical minds in behavioural science. It is a dynamic environment and you will work within an outgoing, friendly team; gaining direct experience of working on quantitative & video mobile/app projects whilst building your knowledge and experience of how this fits into full client offering.

You will work with and across all of client service teams (who hold the client relationships), giving you an opportunity to work across a range of clients in extremely different markets. A week could see you work with Topshop, B&Q, Tesco, Mondelez and Unilever. 

This role is suited to a graduate with some client-facing experience who is looking for an exciting new challenge and the chance to enhance their skills with specialist questionnaire & bespoke project management experience.

Key Outcomes

  • Develop your skills: Develop attitudinally focused market research & project management skills, becoming an expert in behavioural data along the way 
  • Work across all retail markets, channels and brands; Advise, create and manage projects to our current and expanding client base. across our range of behavioural panel services.
  • Be creative: Help develop LinkQ powered survey offers.  This includes working on new techniques and technologies (e.g., areas such as Video) across panels.  
  • Be dynamic: Each week you’ll speak to and meet different people from across our business and our clients, building up your knowledge of our business works and interacts with clients.
  • Become a skilled ad hoc project manager: Lead / support the day to day running of projects for clients from across our existing and new client base. You will work closely with the wider analytical teams to create great insights.
  • Supporting the delivery of team commercial targets – learn how to write compelling proposals for clients & what it takes to land major projects.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work on multi country projects with some of our biggest clients as well as work closely with other Kantar companies.

Role Requirements

  • Previous survey writing skills is helpful but not a necessity, as training will be given
  • Being curious & creative – driven to understand what drives consumer and shopper behaviour.
  • Be highly driven and focused & love solving problems
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • An enthusiasm for creating and delivering insights to clients through behavioural & attitudinal data
  • Ability to make an impact: build relationships with both clients & internal colleagues
