Our Project Management Graduate Programme will give you exposure, experience and training so that, whatever skills and perspectives you bring, you’ll build on your potential.

Our programme is designed to provide you with everything you need to confidently launch a career in Project Management working with our experienced team of Chartered Surveyors of all disciplines on projects, experiencing day to day challenges of the role and being given as much responsibility as your own skills will permit. This gives you an unparalleled breadth of opportunities and allows you to explore a range of experience in the commercial sectors and gaining exposure to office, industrial, retail, healthcare, leisure and PRS asset classes.

This opportunity is open to undergraduates in their final year of a RICS accredited Project Management degree and postgraduate students who have or who are completing a RICS accredited conversion course or masters, with one years’ experience within Building Consultancy. The years’ experience may come from a placement year or post-graduation; your duties may have included assisting more experienced colleagues on a full range of work while working towards gaining your MRICS professional qualification and conducting a variety of surveys and inspections.

We’ll guide you in your journey to completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). You’ll become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional body which will expand your network and horizons as you progress through your career.

You will need

  • An RICS accredited Project Management degree with one years’ experience
  • Able to join the Graduate scheme in September 2022
  • Commitment and enthusiasm for learning as you’ll be undertaking your APC qualification
