Description and requirements
Do you want to be part of a company where everyone adds value, and all belong? Currently, we are looking for a Programme Management Office Student to support the launch of our Motorola products.
This is a 1-year full-time student position, and you will work in our office in Farnborough.
This is an ideal job for a final-year student interested in joining a technology /telecoms industry and learning all about real business.
You will help with the following activities to support the EMEA Programme Team:
- Support in the creation/follow-up of Programme Change Requests and approval cycles
- Monitor/maintain scheduled milestone dates in our New Product Introduction (NPI) Dashboard
- Request creation of customer-specific SKUs based on planned launch scope
- Ensure customer product SKUs are added and maintained in the NPI Dashboard
- Help manage local prototype stock housed in the UK office
- Track and communicate prototype ETAs from the factory to local offices
- Request SW upgrades to the factory line on products already launched
- Maintain the Programme Management portal to ensure all tools, documents and processes are kept up to date.
What skills do you need to be successful?
- Have organizational and analytical skills and be excited to work in an international environment
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Have good communication and social skills
Position requirements
- Good MSFT and GOOGLE skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Available for a 37.5 h per week, hybrid working split between office/remote
- Eligibility to work full-time in the UK (1-year placement)
