Responsibilities

As a Graduate Planner, you will be ambitious and embrace the responsibility of providing advice to some of the UK’s best companies.  You will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects across a variety of sectors. In return, you will receive targeted training to build a brilliant career in planning and development, and will work in an energetic entrepreneurial culture.  

Our three-year graduate development programme ‘Brighter Minds’ has been designed to develop your professional and interpersonal skills, so that you can successfully achieve RTPI or RICS (Planning and Development) APC as quickly as possible.  Lichfields has RTPI Learning Partner status recognising our commitment to people development.  We also offer mentoring and networking opportunities to help you build supportive relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for graduates in their final year of study or with around one years experience.  We will expect all candidates to have at least a 2:1 or equivalent at first degree, and to have obtained (or predicted) a Master’s degree in RTPI/RICS accredited subjects.  Candidates should also demonstrate a good standard of written and spoken English, analytical and interpersonal skills, together with a clear commitment to working in the Planning field.
