What you’ll do

On this two-year programme, you’ll grow your strengths and passions over four rotations across a range of areas. These will include Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SME), Mid Markets (MM), Products, and Credit placements, and they’ll take you to different cities across the UK, too. Our clients are so diverse that you could be learning about the hospitality or leisure sectors one month, and not-for-profit healthcare and retail markets the next. Your work will help support the financial needs and growth of businesses, large and small.

Your development

We’ll encourage you to embrace your strengths and discover new ones in a learning culture that fits around you. You’ll receive mentoring, and take part in masterclasses, volunteering, innovation jams, and practical on-the-job learning. You’ll also study for a professional qualification, such as Chartered Banker, so by the time you finish, you’ll be equipped to take that next step in a fulfilling professional career.

Entry requirements

We accept a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and welcome a diversity of individuals – from rock-climbers to film-buffs and party planners – because whatever shapes you, will shape our future too.
