We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated HR & Administration Intern to join the HR team for a full-time six months internship to learn and develop skills within recruitment and administration. The successful candidate will focus on HR practice, for Dior UK and provide administration support to the department.

Job responsibilities

As HR intern, you will assist the UK HR team with recruitment and administration.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Manage and post job roles.
  • Screen CVs and coordinate applications received for Retail vacancies, proposing suitable shortlists to HR team for consideration.
  • Conduct first round interviews for retail internship positions and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to HR team and Managers.
  • Liaise with the hiring team to ensure all candidates are communicated to following an interview.
  • Prepare contracts of employment, right to work checks, letters and administrative documents.
  • Complete Day to day HR Administration duties.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects as requested.

Profile

  • HR degree or previous HR work experience.
  • Strong interest in Fashion and luxury goods market
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills required
  • Must have a good competency of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Additional information

  • Internship starting in February 2024 for six months
  • Must be available to work full-time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week),
