You will support the implementation of the e-retail strategy and implement and work on CRM/e-CRM strategy and programmes.
Responsibilities
E-retail
- Coordinate product launches across all e-retailers to drive sales and maximise opportunities
- Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with Givenchy brand guidelines
- Liaise with external agencies/suppliers for assets production, validating these and working with e-retailers to implement
- Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for Givenchy and competitors, reporting back to the business and highlighting key opportunities
CRM
- Recruit, build and maintain Givenchy customer database with emphasis on customer recruitment, conversion, re-activation and rewarding our VIP customers
- Brief and manage external agency to deliver all CRM assets, including print and fulfilment for direct mail and email HTML development
- Support stores with local events through email campaigns, where necessary
- Driving and maintaining initiatives to improve the CRM database operational efficiency with the collection of data and quality of information captured at store level
- Ensure timely execution and completion of all campaigns within budget
- Compile on-going post campaign analytic reports to continually strive to improve the customer journey and CRM programme
- Collaborate with 3rd party agencies to ensure data sources feed into the central customer database
- Monitor trends and best practices in CRM
Other
- Assist with budget; raising and approving invoices, POs and allocating to cost centres.

Key Competencies/Technical Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, and ability to build reports from scratch
- Experience in database segmentation and preparation of customer forecasts
- Basic HTML knowledge highly desirable
- Good copy writing and proof reading skills
Profile
- A strong analytical and highly organized individual with a genuine affinity for the brand and the luxury industry.
- Previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory
- Understanding of the UK retail market
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
