We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Recruitment Administrator Intern to join the HR team  to learn and develop skills within recruitment and administration. The successful candidate will focus on sourcing and scouting internship talent for Dior UK and provide administration  to the department.

Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all HR administration is effective and up to date.
  • Advertising the open vacancies on LVMH & Christian Dior career website for all internships.
  • Screening applications in a timely manner
  • Conducting first telephone interviews
  • Presenting a shortlist of candidates for the face-to-face interview stage with the HR and retail management team
  • Corresponding with the applicants in a professional and timely manner to ensure exceptional candidates’ experience
  • Organising interviews, sending confirmation emails and calendar invites
  • Prepare contracts of employment, right to work checks, and administrative documents
  • Provide payroll with all necessary documentation to ensure the accurate payment of all
  • Storing CVs and personal data in line with the GDPR policy.
  • Support in ad hoc HR projects.

Experience or Study Required

  • HR management degree or previous HR work experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of Fashion retail
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Demonstration of own initiative
  • Appreciation for the luxury goods market
