This position delivers administrative support to the Retail team to ensure efficiency in operation in line with company strategy.
What you'll do
- Support Retail by providing accurate, timely analysis and reporting to drive the business
- Support set up & send out of targets to stores in a timely manner
- Support store based incentive programme for Dior Ambassadors, produce analysis of incentives analysing return on investment
- Proactively provide administration support to Retail management & Retail Ops Team
- Support with development and manage KPI & sellout tool Power BI to produce analysis for Retail Director and Retail Management Team
- Regular store visits to improve processes and build relationships
- Support with management of Retail Operations email inboxes
Projects
- Assist in preparing retail meeting or presentation analysis
- Assist with new Digital Project launches & improvements
- Seek opportunities to improve reporting and develop in line with business needs

Reports To: Retail Operations Manager
Internal contacts: Retail, Marketing, Commercial, Merchandising, Education Team, Customer Service, Central Team
External contacts: Retailers, Third party agencies and suppliers

Profile
- Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales and or marketing within the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential
Technical Skills
- Microsoft office : Very High level in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- SAP (preferable)
