We are currently looking for a junior scheduler to be based in Dublin. The role will be supporting a variety of utilities infrastructure projects and frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting programme managers and project teams by ensuring focus on delivery of a portfolio of project on time, within budget and meeting their business objectives
  • Possess a good understanding of the project delivery process and timescales to effectively deliver a project
  • Strong analytical & IT skills, particularly using tools such as Excel and Primavera P3e
  • Supporting the senior scheduler in the undertaking of performance management duties

About you

You have an operational understanding of SAP, Business Objects and MS Office Suite. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to influence decision makers and build effective relationships. You must understand the principles and need for self-development, supporting the project controls manager in undertaking of performance management duties

You have a relevant (level 8) degree qualification in business, commerce, engineering or construction management. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have 3 years post-graduate experience in a project management position preferably with utilities experience.
