Strategic Advisory (Consult) Graduate Programme Manchester September 2024

Lock Applications for this job are now closed

At Mace, we’re global experts in shaping the built environment – helping to lead the way to a more connected, resilient and sustainable world. From development and consultancy, to construction and operations, we connect expertise across the entire property lifecycle to help our clients, people, communities and society achieve more than they believe is possible.

The opportunity

This role starts in early September 2024, and is based in Manchester in the Business Advisory team within our Consult engine.

An entrepreneurial approach, a spirit of adventure, a track record of delivery and a relentless pursuit of a better way. At Mace we take a different approach to strategic advisory; we think bigger than the build.

Shaping cities and helping our clients build sustainable communities across the globe is in our DNA. From socio-economic assessment, placemaking, stakeholder integration and strategic planning, to procurement, risk management, community engagement and assurance, our advice looks beyond the build. We look closely at the needs of places and communities, and draw on the expertise of the exceptional people in our development, construction, consultancy and facilities management teams to develop bespoke solutions for our clients.

In our Consult engine, you’ll be part of a global think tank where innovation and sustainability take the lead. We collaborate closely with clients to understand their individual challenges, lending new ideas and fresh thinking to make strategic decisions and shape project directions. We will follow our clients where they work, often sharing their locations. Whilst we visit projects and sites, Consult is more about delivery of creative solutions than hardhats. If on-site action speaks to you more, our Construct engine might be your scene – check out the hands-on roles we have there, where you’ll be turning plans into reality on the ground.
