Macquarie’s inaugural Female Business Series in EMEA is a unique programme for first year female undergraduates. As part of the Series, you’ll be guaranteed a place on our 2021 Insight Programme and will be considered for a place on our 2022 Internship Programme.
The Female Business Series will see you partner with a senior female mentor at Macquarie and will involve several events and activities that will enable you to:
- Explore career opportunities available to you at Macquarie by learning more about our business, what our people do every day and the impact we have on the community
- Build your confidence and your network by pairing up with a female mentor at Macquarie and taking part in networking opportunities with representatives from our business
- Learn essential skills required for a successful career in finance through skills-based workshops, case studies and activities
After 12 months you’ll graduate from our Female Business Series equipped with the confidence and skills to kick-start your career in finance.
About you
We are looking for females completing their studies in 2023 to join us on the programme. We welcome candidates from all degree disciplines and Universities and no prior knowledge of the finance industry is required.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to record a short video interview as part of your application.
