Spanning 18-24 months, our HR stream offers a wide range of experiences & an opportunity to develop your skills in our different people teams. Rotations could be across Business Partnering and Centres of Expertise such as People Analytics, Employee Relations, Reward and Colleague Experience. You’ll gain exposure through leading real life projects and working alongside talented colleagues.
We are passionate about development and in addition to our graduate learning programme we will sponsor you to complete your CIPD professional qualifications. If you have a passion for people, love retail, have a digital mindset and a curiosity to learn and grow, M&S could be the place for you.
