The role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will come in close contact with daily activities of our teams and you will learn more about software development and enterprise application architecture. This is a role where you will benefit of intensive training and shadowing programmes aimed at helping you to build expertise and develop your technical and soft skills.

The training, shadowing and work assignments have been designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to our clients’ IT environments. You will be closely working on our product Darwin™, a cloud-based global benefits management and employee engagement software, used by some of the world’s most innovative companies.

We will rely on you to

  • Develop and enhance your .Net, SQL/NoSQL, Angular expertise
  • Support the projects with your input;
  • Investigate, analyse and resolve reported defects through code enhancements
  • Perform coding to written Agile stories with unit tests

What you need to have

  • Interested to specialize .Net/.Net Core (C#, WCF/gRPC, Web. API), SQL/NoSQL, Angular
  • Minimum experience with software development projects
  • Experience with at least one OOP programming language
  • Awareness of the software development life cycle
  • Excellent communication skills (Proficiency in English is essential);
  • High attention to detail, organized with the ability to prioritize work;
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work;
  • Passion about delivering an excellent service;
  • Self-motivation and desire to help others through delivering an efficient, quality-led service
