Marsh Jelf Opportunity
Marsh Jelf advises smaller clients on risk management solutions which align to their strategic imperatives and risk exposures. The business area participates in internal strategy meetings to better understand and help build company strategy. By utilising the knowledge of the industry, risk and insurance markets, Marsh Jelf are able to create the program submission including the coverage specifications.
The team is also involved in preparing proposal components for the review by more senior advisory colleagues, including the analysis of: pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, financing, commentary and recommendations. They maintain ongoing relationships with clients and team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist Advisory colleagues.
There are two primary areas we recruit into, although other business area opportunities may arise to suit the ideal candidate’s skill set:
- Client advisory roles
- Account handler
Providing excellent levels of customer services to a portfolio of clients, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the revenue from your existing client base as well as undertaking an active sales role in generating new business through cross-sales across other divisions of the business and external opportunities.
Maintaining an existing and sizeable portfolio of commercial clients by means of managing day-to-day queries, broking, midterm adjustments, renewals and loan processing. You will be expected to effectively manage key relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders within the Marsh Jelf business.
