We’re committed to supporting those at the start of their career in Retail and our 12 month Paid Media Marketing placement offers a unique insight into the industry due to the variety of areas we cover. You’ll have the opportunity to spend time in one or many of the specialist disciplines within our Paid Media Marketing team, SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social, Display, ATL planning, Partnerships & Campaign Strategy, giving you the opportunity to develop and progress on your placement, and gaining knowledge to help in your future Marketing career.

You will be managed and mentored by a number of managers and team members across the Marketing Team based upon what area(s) you spend time in, building strong relationships that will hopefully last way beyond the time you spend with us for your internship. You will also have frequent catch-ups with one of our Senior Marketing Managers, who is ultimately responsible for ensuring you have a fantastic year with us

The teams

Our Paid Media Marketing teams are:

Paid Digital Marketing

This area is responsible for driving a high-volume of high-quality traffic from all digital channels, including SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social & Display. Working in this team will teach you a lot about the most cutting-edge Digital Marketing channels, whilst also giving you hands-on experience of running a variety of campaigns.

ATL & Paid Partnerships Marketing

This area is responsible for driving our brand strategy, whilst delivering immediate commercial impact across ATL media; including TV, VOD, OHH, Radio & Print. Working within the team you will also get the opportunity to work on our inspiration Paid Partnerships; you will get first hand experience of how we manage these relationships to deliver the best brand experience & value to the business.

Campaign Planning & Strategy

This area is responsible for driving our Marketing calendar, setting out campaigns & interfacing with the buying floors; working within this team you’ll get first hand experience of how we manage multiple Marketing campaigns across a variety of channels & align to business requirements.

If you’re successful, you’ll be assigned to one or more of these areas based on your preference and chosen degree subject.

About you

To find the best people for our Paid Marketing teams, we’re looking for an individual who is currently a 2nd year student, ideally studying a Fashion related course that requires you to complete a 12 month placement starting July 2024.

We’re looking for an individual who is keen to learn and be part of a successful business that is growing both online and in-store. You will have an enriching and enjoyable year as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that is still growing, making it the perfect time to be here!

We’d like somebody who has a base level of theoretical and practical knowledge in the area(s) they’d like to work in. Although we’re not expecting you to be able to come in and perform like a seasoned veteran, we still want you to be able to make a difference and enjoy your time here.

Outside of your technical skills you will also need to be a good communicator and be able to function well as part of a team, whilst also being able to manage multiple tasks in parallel and manage your time well.
