This is a great opportunity to join our team at our seasonings manufacturing facility, located in Haddenham, Bucks.
What you'll do
Working with the Process and Development Teams, linking into operational, commercial, quality and supply chain teams in a working placement learning how the food industry operates
- Scale up and commercialisation of seasonings
- Sample Testing and co-ordination (including making up of samples for research purposes)
- Data Analysis, summary, and recommendations
- On-site cross-functional communication (verbal, written, presentations/report writing)
- Communicating with colleagues at other McCormick sites
- Work on various development projects
- Opportunity for cross-departmental learning and exposure to the business
- Development/R&D
- Quality Assurance
- Commercial
- Planning
- Operations
- Project work / investigation work to support projects required business
- Involvement in site committees to expand network
Who you are
- Competent PC Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent attention to detail
