If you are super organised, have experience working within an admin role and consider yourself good with data this could be the perfect role for you!

McCurrach have a new opportunity as an Sales Operations Administrator to support our fantastic Pepsi Max team.  We also work with other leading clients from the world of FMCG, Technology & Financial Services; clients including: Pepsico, Britvic, Unilever, Microsoft and Budweiser to name a few.  You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting our Pepsi Max field team this summer.

What you will be doing?

As a Sales Operations Administrator you will be primarily responsible for administration duties so will have experience within a similar type role.  You will work closely with our Pepsi Max commercial and field team to enable us to sell more for our clients.  You will be comfortable using excel, word and powerpoint and be confident with numbers as your role will also involve working with data.

We need someone who can take a bunch of numbers and turn it into a story!  So if you have experience of working with data and excel, consider yourself pretty competent with PowerPoint - this is the role for you!

Organisation skills are essential for this role, as you will be involved in the co-ordination and delivery of retailer accreditation of our field colleagues as well as booking/managing the availability of self storage depots for stock (across various teams).  

Additionally, this role may also involve supporting reception (remotely) at some point during the day (answering calls, mailbox management, ad hoc queries) so this role really does give you the chance to network and gain experience across departments within our business! You will be given the opportunity to pick up additional tasks which will give you a wealth of experience across a number of areas in our business so this really is a fantastic role for someone who loves variety and multi tasking.
