You will be based in either our Munich, Cologne or London office for 6-12 months as part of our European recruiting team for the new Sustainability Growth Platform.

You will support the lead recruiting team in all administrative facets of consultant recruiting from resume processing to event organization. Your contribution affects McKinsey and its goal of helping all industry sectors transform to get to net zero by 2050 and to cut carbon emissions by half by 2030.

What you'll do 

You will play an active part in the creation and implementation of our recruiting strategy for the new Sustainability Growth Platform.

In this role, you will support candidates throughout the assessment process. You will help create and drive online and offline recruiting events and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and HR. You will help find creative ways to identify passive talent utilizing internal and external databases, internet searches and other sourcing tools, and develop best-in-class sourcing skills. You will also support the team with management and analysis of relevant department data and systems. Lastly, you will work on ad-hoc recruitment projects.

This is a full-time, 6-12 month internship.
