Adidas and Reebok have ambitious goals with MediaCom strategically, operationally and commercially to succeed. Whilst Adidas and Reebok are different brands, they are currently part of the same family and their vision and culture are still entwined.

What you'll do

As part of the global team, your role as an Account Executive will be split across delivering best practice and market governance, as well as driving consistent application of data and tech to inform decision making. A core business science, data and tech team will focus on attribution, brand health, KPI and measurement consolidation. In this role you will:

  • Implement efficient ways of working within the team, as well as with hubs and local markets
  • Support on status meetings, ensure meetings are recorded and outcomes are assigned to the team and delivered in the timeframes agreed
  • Oversee the media planning tool, Lumina
  • Spot check reports for accuracy and follow up with markets
  • Coordinate the reporting across multiple markets, globally
  • Keep clients up to date on top level campaign performance through the Dashboard
  • Help produce global post-campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to develop media landscape reports and competitive and forecasting analysis
  • Constantly feedback to line managers and the wider account team relating to risks that arise and may impact performance of campaign delivery
  • Build and sustain professional and collaborative working relationships with the agency and client team

  • Have a way of simplifying complex situations and creating strong storytelling presentations for your client/client team
  • Be highly responsive to client and market requests
  • Gain trust from clients and wider global team

Requirements

  • Have broad digital media experience and some knowledge of the wider channel mix
  • Be highly numerate with the skills to be able to analyse and provide commentary on campaign data
  • Be experienced in and passionate about the sporting, fashion and apparel sector
  • Have proven multiple market network experience
  • Have proven and demonstrable skills in growing relationships
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
  • Be highly organised and be able to efficiently manage workload
