Are you passionate about HR and looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our Managers and Coordinators with a variety of people-related matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general HR administration support
  • Assist with the administration of the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain employee records and the HRIS system
  • Administer employee initiatives
  • Assist with Right to Work Checks
  • Manage daily enquiries
  • Administer letters to employees
  • Book team days and social events

Person specification

Education and qualifications

  • Essential: Good standard of Maths and English
  • Desirable: CIPD Level 3 (or above) qualified or equivalent experience

Skills and experience

  • Essential: Experience of working in a HR environment, strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Desirable: Experience of working in an accountancy practice or similar professional services firm, and experience of using the HiBob HR system
