The client is a global FTSE 250 professional services organisation with a presence across 40 countries, with over 9000 employees currently going through various Information security strategies.

The Information Security Analyst will be exposed to a diverse and collaborative team that includes Infrastructure, Privacy, Strategy & Architecture, Procurement, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities 

  • How to build and implement security awareness programme on a global scale.
  • Best practices such as NIST and ISO27001 and how to apply them across the organisation.
  • How to manage information security risks in a constantly changing environment.
  • How to work with and support our Global Security Operations Centre
  • How to review and assess IT and security controls.
  • How to perform third-party risk assessments.
  • Develop, review and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Work with external and internal audit teams to manage and support audits.
  • Providing answers to our clients in terms of the organisation's security state.
  • From time to time you may be involved with projects, security testing, vulnerability management process, and security monitoring.

Required skills

This is an opportunity for an individual that has recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in the last 2 years. Alternatively, the individual could have completed an industrial placement in a topic like Cyber Security or Information Security, or a STEM degree which contains a topic relating to Cyber or Information Security.

No experience is necessary as this is a non-technical role that focuses on Security compliance and risk management. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.
