We’re on the lookout for future leaders in across Wolverhampton! Starting as an Assistant Manager, you’ll be trained and shown the ropes to support with the running of one of our businesses. Over the course of the scheme, you will drive your progression, supported by development workshops; gaining the leadership skills needed to become a General Manager of your own business in around two years. What you'll need

  • 2:2 degree or above (predicted or achieved) or equivalent
  • A passion for hospitality
  • Ability to role model our values and brand standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate ability to lead
  • The ability to drive is desirable.
