About the team

The business development team at MOLOCO focuses on non-core business sales opportunities and innovation that drives long term sustainable value and growth for MOLOCO. The Business Development is split across London, Seoul and Tokyo.

We are looking for someone who has already graduated from University and can commit to a 1- year intern program.

What you'll be doing during your internship

  • Develop the sales prospect pipeline for retail media
  • Conduct lead generating activities including outbound emails
  • Support and follow up inbound sales leads from prospective customers
  • Support Business Development achieve their customer meeting goals
  • Learn about prospects’ goals and critical pain points
  • Help prospects understand our value proposition
  • Fill the gaps as needed (utility player)
  • Data analysis and business analytics

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Great communication skills required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics related field required, Master's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Team oriented but with the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment
  • Fast learner and self-initiative personality
  • Able to communicate effectively in French or German for business
