Department

The Data Solutions division is the commercial data business of Moody’s Analytics, bringing together a vast catalogue of data to help business decision-makers assess risks and opportunities. Responsibilities

Moody’s Analytics’ Data Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) research department is looking for an intern for a 10 week assignment.

The main responsibilities of this internship/project will be:

  • Processing advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that worked on M&A transactions.
  • Amending and updating company record information.
  • Creating and reporting weekly backlog and maintaining backlog documents.
  • Processing daily or weekly projects by following team’s research processes.
  • Maintain productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Must have good organisational, time-keeping and attention to detail skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel highly desirable
