The Role

We are looking for a full time Production Assistant to join the growing production team in London. We are looking for someone with previous experience in animation production, who is looking to develop within this industry.

The role will be focused on assisting the production team. You will be asked to help with a variety of tasks as needed on a day-to-day basis, including research, admin, file management, and assisting with pre-production and production processes, as well as small video and visual editing tasks. It is crucial that you are highly organized and able to work independently, so good time management and prioritization will be expected. Being part of a growing company, any number of extra skills to bring to the role, such as fluency in a second language or a visual artist skillset will be highly valued, although this is not a requirement for the role. Please note this is a 3 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow, assignments, facilitation of communication, calendar scheduling, note-taking, and set up for the production team
  • Work closely with the Director of Production to ensure feedback is communicated effectively to the crew during rounds, reviews, and key check-ins.
  • Printing and distributing daily paperwork (eg. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
  • Perform administrative work--answering phones, paperwork, etc
  • Other duties as assigned.
