Are you naturally analytical with a curious mind? Do you love the idea of using data to shape commercial decisions and make a real impact?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Range Planner to join our Commercial team. In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers – you’ll be turning customer mission data (think: who’s buying and for what occasion) into actionable insights that directly influence what we sell, how we trade, and how we grow.

Key responsibilities

  • Digging into mission data (occasion & recipient) to spot trends and guide decision-making across trading and campaign teams.
  • Creating weekly trade updates to highlight seasonal opportunities and performance, shaping strategies that drive commercial results.
  • Supporting buyers with deep dives into supplier and product performance, identifying opportunities, and benchmarking against competitors.
  • Helping to automate reporting processes in Tableau, working alongside our Range Planner and BI team to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Presenting your analysis to senior stakeholders and turning complex data into clear, compelling insights that inspire action.
  • Regularly walking the site and checking out the competition to identify ways we can improve our customer experience, product range, and pricing strategy.

About you

  • You don’t need much experience – just an analytical mind, a genuine enthusiasm to learn, and the drive to grow your career in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Someone who’s confident communicating insights and enjoys bringing data to life for different audiences.
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude who’s always curious to learn more.
  • Comfortable using Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and excited by the opportunity to build your skills in SQL or Tableau (no worries if you haven’t yet!).
  • Detail-focused, commercially aware, and interested in consumer behaviour and online retail.

What you'll gain

  • The chance to grow your skills in data analysis, stakeholder communication, and strategic thinking.
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture where your ideas will be heard and valued.
  • Real-world experience in a fast-paced, digital-first business that’s in growth.
  • Exposure to working with Senior Leaders and using insight to help shape commercial decisions
