We are looking for a Trainee Construction Manager, who is looking to move into a site-based, trainee Construction Management position.

What you'll do

You would be employed as a Trainee Construction Manager and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Construction & Project Managers within the business.

This would include:

  • Assisting with supporting the site set up
  • Assisting with condition surveys and validations
  • Assisting with the management of project delivery
  • Assisting with daily checks with Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental
  • Assisting with the management of the client team and subcontractors
  • Assisting with close out and snagging

This role will be part of our Foundation Programme within the business, allowing the opportunity of additional training and development.

Our Foundation Programme

The Foundation Programme is our two-year training programme, however on this placement you complete the first year of the programme. It provides you with a rounded perspective of our business via training and mentoring across the business. Getting exposure to the business is important as we want you to get to know us, our people and how we work.

You are given responsibility as part of the team, but also the necessary support for your development.
