About the project

Your UK nuclear multi-discipline delivery partner.

You would be joining an extensive and exciting portfolio of projects and growth within nuclear. We are currently delivering some of the nuclear industries most complex and challenging projects.

What will you be doing

You will be placed as a graduate on site ensuring that construction activity is being undertaken in accordance with the design. This is achieved through deployment of your engineering skills and diligence. You will be setting out the works using modern surveying equipment. Supervising the construction works to ensure that the design is followed, and testing meets the specification needs. Supervision of safety at all stages of construction. Involved with the planning and coordination of construction activities.

You will be empowered to promote safe working practices and establish the methodologies and controls required to ensure 100% safe working. As you start to develop, and your knowledge grows you will become involved in planning the works and ensuring that all preparation tasks are completed for activities to commence when planned and contributing to project success.

What qualifications do I require

  • A degree accredited by a chartered body (e.g. ICE, CIOB, RICS) at lower second or above
  • BEng / BSc (Hons) OR MEng / MSc Civil
  • Ability to travel or drive to remote site locations if needed
  • Ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment. However, this is not essential
  • Motivation to achieve professional accreditation
