Placement

Gaining work experience before you graduate adds great value for you and for us. We offer 10 or 13-week summer internships that give promising penultimate or final year students (depending on division) the chance to experience one of our key business areas in an enjoyable and intellectually challenging way. While allowing you to experience Morgan Stanley and our culture first hand, internships also serve us well. They provide the primary pipeline for our full-time programs.

These well-structured programmes include technical and soft skills training, workshops, senior management presentations and social events designed to give you a unique experience in the financial services industry and at Morgan Stanley.

These Summer Internships are available in Bank Resource Management, Compliance, Equity Research, Fixed Income Research, Finance, Fund Services, Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Real Estate Investing, Operations, Sales & Trading, Market Risk and Technology.

We may have additional off-cycle internships available throughout the year depending on business needs. Please check the Morgan Stanley website for more information.

Requirements

Morgan Stanley accepts applications from all degree disciplines. Ideally you should be in your second year of a three-year course or third year of a four-year course and available to start full-time employment in 2023.
