Placement

Our Technology division partners with our business units and leading technology companies to redefine how we do business in ever more global and dynamic financial markets. Our sizeable investment in technology results in leading-edge tools, software, and systems. Our insights, applications, and infrastructure give a competitive edge to clients’ businesses—and to our own.

Depending on their technical skills, graduates attend either the Application Development or the Enterprise Engineering track of the training programme. This 15-week global programme includes an orientation to the firm, intensive technology training and an introduction to proprietary technologies, and culminates with a four-week group project. Analysts will be pre-placed to a department within Technology and, upon completion of the training programme; they will join a technology team that best matches their skills and interests.

Graduates will meet senior leaders who will guide, coach, and advise you while making life-long friends and business connections. We make sure our newest technologists are well poised for a successful career. Analysts will work with a broad set of languages, tools and platforms that help harness the power of their creativity.

Requirements

You must hold or be pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related technology/science/engineering discipline. Candidates must obtain a minimum 2.1 honours degree (United Kingdom) or equivalent and have experience with at least one programming language e.g. Java, C++ or C#.
